This is currently the largest printer in the space. You can see the manufacturer specs . It's print bed is 400mm x 400mm, and the head can reach 400mm high. Generally it's helpful to use this for designs which won't fit on the other smaller printers.

The CR-10S4 now has a PEI bed, but it still suffers from some adhesion issues with larger prints (prints warping or pulling off the bed). It's recommended to print with a raft to minimize this, and perhaps also to heat the bed a bit more than the smaller printers to make up for the large bed size.
